Daughter and Dad: Strong Ties and Big Questions


Bob and his wife adopted Aimee from China when she was a baby. When she is growing up, Bob found out that  she has a lot of questions how their family begin. Because Bob's wife had ectopic pregnancy, it means the pregnancy was in the tubes, she could not get pregnancy. They decided to adopt her. Aimee had changed his life and he love her so much.

I listened about 15 minutes.

I choose this story because I want to know what the big questions is between daughter and dad. Even though they do not have the same blood, they love each other so much.
No matter how you are adopted. Connecting between people brings you to me, and I am glad about that.

Thomas Jefferson Writes Declaration of Independence

When American are going to break free from Great Britain, Benjamin Franklin and John Adams are the people who The Congress appointed to draft formal document outlining their ideals. John Adams found the Jefferson's handwriting test about independent. His document was not completely original. The Congress reworked and changed on it to make the Declaration of Independence of the United States.

I listened about 25 minutes

I chose this video because I just want to know how the Declaration of Independence had written.

1. Debated (v)  to discuss a subject formally when you are trying to make a decision or find a solution.
2. Slavery (n)  the system of having slaves.
3. Justify (v) to give an acceptable explanation for something that other people think is unreasonable.

I'm Jessie. My real name is Nga Luong. I'm thoughtful, optimistic, extrovert and funny. Sometimes I'm a little talkative, annoying and passionate.

I grew up in Lao Bao Town, Viet Nam. I moved to Hue city to study when I was 15 years old

My favorite subject is Math. I hate Chemistry subject. In sport, I'm not good at badminton, but I prefer playing than others. I like listening to music, watching movies or cooking in my free time. Due to education condition, I need to move to another city to study. Therefore, I and my family only have few months to stay together each year.

My family has five people. My mom and my dad are businessman. I have two older brother. They are student. One is studying university in United Kingdom. One is studying at Seattle Central Community College with me.

English is international language. I want to study it for supporting my dream. In addition, I love travelling, so I can use English to communicate with people in different countries.

In the future, I want to be successful  businesswomen. On the other hand, I also want to be the owner of fashion shop. However, the owner of fashion shop is just  the part-time job.
